Rob is nothing short of a miracle worker. I have a checking account, savings account, multiple credit cards, and 2 car loans through the same bank so I figured that I’d apply for our new mortgage through them. After making an offer on a new home and receiving our conditional loan approval letter, we were then informed that they could not proceed with our loan.
