I want to give a huge shout out to Rob Hixenbaugh. He did our original loan on our house when we first moved to Avon, and is now working our refinance. I compared him to others and not only were his numbers unbeatable, the guy spent HOURS AND HOURS working on getting us the absolute best deal… even after we already decided to go with him. Not to mention he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with…. didn’t know it was possible to make a mortgage refinance fun! Anyway, if you are considering taking advantage of the unbelievable rates before they go back up, give him a call and tell him where you got his info!
