Rob is a miracle worker! We saw what turned out to be a dream home for us on a whim and quickly wanted to close on it without any pre-planning. It would be our second purchase within 4 months of each other. We didn’t think twice about working with him again. It was a no-brainer! Honestly, without him staying on top of everything, being a great sounding board, and being a great communicator, I’m not sure we could have pulled off this second home this quickly!
We plan on purchasing more homes over the next few years and will absolutely be getting them with him!
