So a little story… We “accidentally” found our dream house after casually mentioning to a realtor relative that we were considering, maybe, thinking about starting to look for a house. A few weeks later he let us know he found a house he really wanted us to see. Well, It was PERFECT! Now, we hadn’t even been pre-approved at this point… “Where do we get a pre-approval letter at 6pm on a Saturday?” Thank God the realtor said “I know a guy”! A few minutes later we were talking to Rob Hixenbaugh and by the following afternoon we were homeowners. Rob couldn’t have been more helpful or involved in helping us navigate the process of being nervous first-time home buyers. He was there every step of the way, even at hours I’m sure he had better things to do… I never felt he was bothered by us. Would definitely recommend him to ANYONE buying a home!
