Why Rob? Well, where do we start? This was my husband’s first home purchase and my second, however my situation is alot different from 2014.
Rob you have been a God send we truly can not thank you enough. You took the time to walk us through everything, and I mean everything because, well, I’m a little neorotic about everything. It was a long process for us with our new home, since we couldn’t close from March until June but it was so worth the wait.
In my line of business, I am a director of a Concierge department, and this was by far the best customer service I have ever had, all the way up until the final day!! You always stayed on top of everything and would always call or text me back to answer my random questions. I never personally met you but we now consider you a friend! Thank you for all the support and putting us at ease. We are all moved into our new home now, and couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much for everything, you never know you might see us again. Lol!
